After the treatment
After an acupuncture treatment, everyone can react differently. Many people experience calmness and relaxation. You might feel a bit sluggish or tired, but you can also feel more energized. Sometimes you notice a heavy, dull, or sensitive sensation around the treated area during or after the treatment. A small bruise may also appear on the skin.
The acupuncturist will discuss with you afterwards how you reacted to the treatment and what you can expect. This way, you know what suits your treatment and situation.
