Is your treatment not reimbursed?
Some health insurers refuse to reimburse your acupuncture treatment, even though you are entitled to it from your supplementary insurance. It may be that the invoice does not mention 'member of NVA and member of KAB-koepel'. Sometimes the health insurer also requires the logos of NVA and KAB-koepel to be on the invoice. Sometimes there is something else going on. If you encounter such a problem, please contact your acupuncturist.
