Is your treatment not reimbursed?
Some health insurers refuse to reimburse your acupuncture treatment, even though you are entitled to it from your supplementary insurance. The mention 'member NVA and member KAB-umbrella' may be missing on the invoice. Sometimes the health insurer also demands that the logos of NVA and KAB-umbrella are on the invoice. Sometimes there is something else going on. If you encounter such a problem, please contact your acupuncturist.
