How can I prove my work experience
Based on work experience, the amount of additional training in the WM-C category you need to follow will be determined. To prove how many patient contacts you have had as an acupuncturist in the past two years, we ask for one of the following documents:
- An auditor's statement indicating how many patient contacts you have had as an acupuncturist in the past two years. This statement must also specify the data on which it is based.
- This statement may also be prepared by your accounting or administration office.
- If you manage your own administration, you must provide the following information: tax returns from the past two years, breakdown of revenue (clearly showing which procedures were invoiced as 'acupuncture'), an overview of the rates applied.
