Jutta Koehler
Jutta Koehler has been working in her own practice for Chinese nutritional therapy for more than 12 years. She was trained by Barbara Temelie among others. Jutta now combines Chinese nutritional therapy with the study of metabolic types. This creates a powerful and individually tailored advice, allowing customers to (re)discover their nutritional intuition.
Chewing or not chewing - why a fatty snack can save your life
Do you also love eating your peanut butter straight from the jar - but are too embarrassed to talk about it? Do you consider liverwurst a guilty pleasure - while at the same time noticing that it gives you extra energy? Often people feel ashamed when they eat foods that just don't quite meet the 'healthy' label. But what if these foods are not about a guilty pleasure, but about nutrition that is (over) vital?
Without a doubt, Chinese nutrition therapy is a fantastic way to restore the earth organs. However, this nutrition therapy is mainly based on experiences with the Chinese population. On the other hand, the doctrine of metabolic types takes into account the innate individual need for fat, protein, and carbohydrates.
What fuel does your body need? Jutta Koehler explains why the combination of both nutrition teachings is essential – and why peanut butter straight from the jar can be absolutely healthy.
