Step 4: Entry visitation

After submitting your application form and supporting documents, you will receive a confirmation email from the secretariat requesting you to complete a digital questionnaire, submit two anonymized patient files, and send the link to your website.

The Department of Behavior and Welfare (B&W) evaluates the questionnaire you have completed, your website, and two anonymized patient records based on the regulations. Sometimes, you may be asked to make some adjustments to your practice. A visitation at your practice may be part of the visitation procedure. After the visitation procedure is completed, the B&W department provides its results to the O&W department, and the registration process can continue.
