Practical tips
Avoid the moments where you used to automatically reach for your cigarettes as much as possible, drink less coffee to reduce restlessness, keep your hands busy, go into nature, take deep breaths, inhale the scents of the sea or forest. Drink water, wash your hands at difficult moments, take a shower, book a pampering day at the sauna. Fruit and especially vitamin C are extra beneficial during this time.
