Report to IGJ (via CIBG)
As of 01-01-2022, the Healthcare Providers Admission Act (WTZa) is in effect.
New healthcare providers must, within three months before starting to provide care, report to the IGJ (via the CIBG). After reporting, the CIBG will issue a proof of inclusion in the National Healthcare Providers Register (LRZa). Subsequently, the new healthcare provider can request AGB codes from Vektis.
When you start before signing up, you are in violation. The IGJ can then impose a fine of up to €21,750.
