My name is Annemiek de Jager and I work as an acupuncturist in Amsterdam with great pleasure. I completed my education at the TCMA with a thesis on anxiety disorders and acupuncture.

Due to my background as a visual artist, I often come into contact with creative and sensitive people who often struggle with a combination of psychological and physical complaints. The beauty of acupuncture is that it can be used for both, because in traditional Chinese medicine we believe that body, mind, and environment are inseparably connected. Something I have experienced from a young age as well.
