My MBK diploma is more than 40 ECTS
Do I Need Less Continuing Education Now?
In recent years, there has been a lot of confusion about the appreciation of MBK courses. Relatively short and undemanding courses are valued with many ECTS; courses that are more demanding and expensive are experiencing a decline in the number of students.
Our rules (minimum 40 ECTS) currently do not allow candidate members who have completed a more demanding course to receive a reduction in further education obligations. The calculation examples show that the total number of (additional) training days to be followed is still favorable compared to other associations.
We will keep an eye on this point, both for individual applications and with an eye on the future. Hopefully, further education will not deter you from becoming a member of the NVA.
