My name is Tinka Tan. I have been following qigong classes since 1999, from 2007 to 2018 with Oscar Munoz Galeano (silk reeling, Lo Han animal form, 19 short form tai chi chen). From 2007 to 2011, I followed the acupuncture and medical qi gong training at Shenzhou University Amsterdam.

In my practice, I see many young people (roughly between 20 and 40 years old) who get stuck in their lives, in work or in relationships, due to the combination of the many activities and stimuli they face. I notice that psychosomatic and energetic complaints respond well to acupuncture, combined with qi gong.

In addition to working with complaints, the treatment is also aimed at the spiritual development path for people who are not feeling well but also realize in their hearts that it can be different. At Shen level, blockages are resolved more quickly through the combination of meditation/visualization during the acupuncture treatment.
