When it just doesn't work to get pregnant, life is mainly dominated by that. If the initial carefree period takes longer than expected, the thermometer comes into play, the calendar, the ovulation test, and the tension rises. That in itself is not conducive.
Once in the medical mill, it doesn't get much better. Goodbye spontaneity, self-doubt, raging hormones, and emotions on a rollercoaster. Those in this process can fill in the rest of the picture.
