Umbrella organizations ETCMA and WFAS
The NVA is affiliated with two international umbrella organizations. It is important to collaborate internationally and learn from the experiences and situations in other countries. This allows us to better track or stay ahead of developments.
European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association
At the ETCMA, currently 28 organizations are affiliated in 20 European countries plus Israel. More than 14,000 therapists are registered here, practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The NVA actively participates in the ETCMA.

World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies - WFAS
The largest umbrella organization worldwide is the WFAS. The NVA is directly involved with the WFAS through the ETCMA. Being aware of what is happening in the world, especially in China, is important to safeguard our achievements.
