Umbrella organizations ETCMA and WFAS
The NVA is affiliated with two international umbrella organizations. It is important to collaborate internationally and learn from the experiences and situations in other countries. This makes it possible to better track or anticipate developments.
European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association
Currently, 28 organizations are affiliated with the ETCMA in 20 European countries plus Israel. More than 14,000 therapists are registered who practice acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The NVA actively participates in the ETCMA.

World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies - WFAS
The largest umbrella worldwide is the WFAS. The NVA is directly involved with the WFAS through the ETCMA. Being aware of what is happening in the world and especially in China is important to safeguard our achievements.
