Conditions for foreign documents
Persons with foreign diplomas in the field of Western medical education must have these diplomas certified in the country where the diploma was obtained and have them evaluated/compared by the IcDW.
All copies of foreign diplomas must be certified in the country where the diploma was obtained. The original diploma and a valid identification document must be presented at the NVA secretariat. Also, sworn translations in Dutch or English must be enclosed for all certified diplomas and/or certificates.

The diploma evaluation of the Western medical education concerns only a diploma comparison, sufficient for applying for NVA membership. If your nationality is from outside the European Union, you must attach a copy of the residence permit to the registration form.
