Acupressure and your internal clock
When daylight saving time starts or ends, your internal clock can be thrown off. Massaging acupuncture points yourself can help you find the right rhythm again. You can also use this if you are suffering from jet lag after a long flight.
Two acupuncture points are very suitable for this: the Arm-3-Mile Point and the Leg-3-Mile Point.
The Arm-3-mile point and the Leg-3-mile point
The story goes that each of these points gives you the energy to walk three miles. But they not only give you more energy, they also regulate your biorhythm. And help you to adjust your internal clock and ensure that your organs also wake up when the alarm goes off. Massage both points (left and right), at breakfast and lunch, always for five minutes with gentle circular movements.
Are you also dealing with a significant level of grumpiness because your biorhythm or that of your child is off? Then the point on your little toe can help you. Massage both little toes simultaneously in the evening, preferably for five minutes.
As a final point, it is useful to massage the Yin Tang point just before going to sleep. Only do this when you are lying in bed, as it can cause a tipsy feeling. Massage this point for about five minutes.
This way you will feel a lot better quickly!
