Food that restores energy circulation is citrus fruit. To make its juice also warming, mix the juice (for example from a lemon) with 200 ml hot water and a tablespoon of honey. Or use orange slices in a salad with lamb's lettuce and warm chicken fillet strips. Or how about a salad of celery, apple, warm chicken fillet strips, and orange slices?
The foods that are best to use for a constructive detox cure are as follows:.
* mildly warming:
banana, honey, chicken breast, white rice, thick soups, chicken soup, pumpkin soup, tofu, cooked carrots, fresh ginger, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, anise, dill, dates, figs, peach, leek, onion, fatty fish like mackerel and salmon, cooked vegetables, cooked beans, cooked grains, cashews
* diuretic:
Amsterdam onions, silver onions and cucumber sticks, asparagus, celery, Granny Smith apple, lamb's lettuce, alfalfa, cucumber
* sharp:
ginger, parsley, peppermint, green onion, lemon, orange.
Breakfast
200 ml almond milk with 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Enjoy with warm tea with 1 cm of fresh ginger.
Snack
200 ml hot water with 1 squeezed lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Lunch
Have warm tea with 1 centimeter of ginger during lunch.
Option 1: orange slices from 1 orange with lamb's lettuce and 100 grams of warm chicken strips, 4 finely chopped radishes, and 1 tablespoon of walnuts.
Option 2: salad of 2 stalks of celery, 1 finely chopped apple, warm chicken strips, and orange slices from 1 orange. Serve with a dressing of a little yogurt or buttermilk. Alternatively, mix some olive oil with vinegar.
Option 3: asparagus soup or chicken soup
Snack
200 ml hot water with 1 squeezed lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Dinner
Option 1: white beans with sliced leeks, fried onion, garlic, and 50 grams of chicken breast cubes.
Option 2: finely grated carrots with 1 tablespoon of honey and a little vinegar. Serve with some white rice cooked with ginger and accompanied by lamb's lettuce.
Option 3: grilled salmon with dill, broccoli, and a small amount of white rice.
Before Bedtime

If you eat this type of food and also avoid the well-known unhealthy foods (added sugars, alcohol, fried foods, etc.) and - important! - consume 2 liters of fluids, preferably warm water and/or (herbal) tea, you will notice that you will quickly start feeling better and more energetic. After that, you can slowly return to your normal eating pattern.
