Praktijk E. Kraak

My name is Erna Kraak. As a child, I was aware of the power of nature and its influence on my well-being. During my physiotherapy training, I became interested in the interaction between body, mind, and emotions. I then worked as a physiotherapist and pursued an evening study in psychology. There, I learned about the impact of our thoughts on health and the adverse effects of stress. But I missed the connection between humans and nature. Therefore, I subsequently studied acupuncture, where I learned everything about the energy systems of humans based on the five natural elements - the nature within ourselves, about the interaction between psyche, body, emotions, energy, and environment/nature. I developed a holistic view, focusing on the cause of complaints and not just the symptoms.
