During the physiotherapy training, I was inspired by one of the teachers, who during a massage therapy class mentioned that a tendon disorder in the shoulder responds much better to acupuncture than to massage and is also less painful than frictioning...

So I decided that after graduating as a physiotherapist, I would immediately continue with the acupuncture training.

Since 1988, I have been working as a physiotherapist/acupuncturist. It often turns out that patients who do not make progress with physiotherapy still benefit greatly from acupuncture.
