My name is Holly Tops. Over the past fifteen years, I have specialized in pain management, particularly for shoulder and back pain.

The core of my passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) originated during the fifteen years I lived in Asia. After my TCM studies, I had my own practice for ten years. In 2017, I established an interdisciplinary center, IBC Amstelland, with various disciplines. The key question I always ask is: What does someone need to feel better? It may be that multiple disciplines are then used during the treatment process.

In addition to being an acupuncturist, I am also a physiotherapist. My challenge is to create conditions for the entire body so that optimal movement can be restored. After all, pain-free movement is the basis for positive health.
