The points of the first buffer
Our Strength Lies in the First Buffer
To strengthen our core strength, there are two key points.
Firstly, the point called Bubbling Source.
This is the major grounding point. It keeps us connected to the earth itself, the large sphere on which we live. It also makes us receptive to the changing energy of this moment.
This point is located under the foot, in the hollow when you bend the toes.
The second point is called The Great Stream.
Where in the first point everything was generated, here the
origin energy flows more strongly. At this moment, we can process and ultimately store all new information, giving us confidence again in this transitional period.
The point is located on the inside of the ankle, right in the
middle between the Achilles tendon and the top of the large bump on the
inside of the ankle.
