My name is Yvonne van den Borne. In addition to my work as an acupuncturist, I have gained over 25 years of work experience as a nurse in the hospital, where I specialized in chronic care and dialysis. Because I wanted to offer more depth and breadth of care, I started to delve into Traditional Chinese Medicine. This perspective on illness and health was exactly the way for me to provide this type of care. I no longer work in the hospital, my work in the practice offers me what I was looking for.

Because I want to make people aware of the possibilities alongside conventional care, I named my practice Conscious Acupuncture. Not blindly relying on a pill, but rather learning what one can do for a better balance.
