I started studying acupuncture because the effect of it fascinated me with my horses. And the beauty of animals is the direct and honest response. Something works or it doesn't. There is no placebo effect or a socially desirable answer. My curiosity was aroused: how do those needles work? That's why I started studying acupuncture at Academie Qing Bai in 2007.

Now working in my practice for quite some time, I like to combine acupuncture with tuina (Chinese medical massage) and guasha. Looking together at lifestyle and nutrition is part of the treatment. As a therapist, I have a great affinity for palpating, feeling, touching, probing, massaging. Touching and feeling play an important role in both diagnosis (pulse and meridian palpation) and treatment.
