Who I am...

My name is Sabrina van Arkel. In 1998 I started as a practice assistant in complementary care, at AH-SHI. The holistic approach has always appealed to me since then. That is why I have followed various courses to expand my knowledge on this subject, including in 1999 the STUDIA course (Foundation University of Integral Alternatives).

Since 2003 I can be found in the treatment room at AH-SHI. Initially, I provided supportive treatments, in addition to the acupuncture consultations of Piet Peeters, including various massages; diet guidance; moxibustion treatments and later also measurements and treatments with Bioresonance. In 2016 I decided I wanted to work as an acupuncturist myself. To do this, I first refreshed my HBO Western Medical Basic Knowledge. I obtained this diploma in 2017. Subsequently, I started and in 2020 passed my HBO course Acupuncture, at ICZO.

With great enthusiasm, I daily discuss with my clients how we can work together to restore balances, to improve their complaints. Through advice on nutrition & lifestyle, on herbs and of course with the help of acupuncture!
