Mental
Fear is the emotion that undermines the immune system the most. Therefore, try to clearly distinguish between caution and fear. Fear causes the calmness to disappear from the body and mind. As a result, we can no longer apply healthy breathing, weakening the foundation of the lungs and causing them to dry out. Due to the disrupted breathing, the lungs lose connection with our inner strength and survival instincts. This can lead to a dry cough more quickly. The calmer we feel, the more realistically our circumstances are reflected in the water. This way, we know how to best relate to this crisis. A good night's sleep supports this.
Limit the Intake of Information
To maintain peace of mind, it is also important to carefully manage the flow of information, as the abundance of information also affects our digestive fire. If the second buffer is strong, we know how to best behave on a personal level. This is where our defense mechanism against unwanted emotions from others is located; the so-called internal demons. If these break through our barriers, we start worrying. Worrying increases breathing and impairs the diaphragm, the auxiliary breathing muscle under our ribs, from functioning optimally. Then we lose the last buffer against external influences as well. Therefore, ensure a limited intake of information; stay informed but beware of overstimulation. For example, choose a maximum of two media moments per day.
