My name is Esmee Wezeman, a dedicated acupuncturist with a background in accountancy and business economics. My start in the world of acupuncture began from a deep-rooted belief that the mind and body are inextricably linked.

Acupuncture is not just a technique for me; it is a beautiful language through which the body and mind communicate. Although often recognized as a solution for pain complaints, the impact of acupuncture reaches much further. From sleep disorders, menstrual complaints, and migraines to anxiety and hay fever, each symptom is a subtle message of an underlying imbalance.

My approach goes deeper than symptom relief. I delve into the core of the problem, try to address the cause, and offer relief for immediate complaints at the same time. From a Western perspective, the needles stimulate nerves and muscles, communicating with the brain to resolve imbalances. According to traditional Chinese medicine, an acupuncturist corrects the energy balance with needles through movement, softening, and strengthening, with each point on the body conveying a unique message that I enhance with the right needle technique.

My analytical background combined with my profound passion for this profession strive to create an environment where body and mind find harmony.
