The points for general support
The first general point is The dune valley. It supports immunity, promotes relaxation, and has a positive impact on your daily bowel movements. The point where you can let go of old things and welcome new ones. In the dune valley, it is calm; there is no wind and no stress.
By massaging this point, you will come back to yourself. The sand dune is located between your thumb and index finger on the top side. You can find it by pressing your thumb against your index finger and then pressing the highest point against the bone of your index finger. This point is usually very sensitive.
The last point is one of the most important points and is called Outer Barrier.
This point ensures that all things work together. It stimulates the collaboration between the three levels: the basic energy at the bottom of the abdomen, the digestive fire between the navel and ribs, and the area of the lungs and heart. Besides working at an individual level, this point also promotes collaboration between people, animals, and plants.
This point is therefore
seen as the most important immunity point.
It is also the most spiritual point; it allows us to communicate with each other on a cosmic level.
It is located at the top of the forearm, three fingers from the wrist crease between the bones of the forearm.
