My name is Paul van Delft. Why did I choose the profession of acupuncturist?

To utilize your body's self-healing process in the most natural way, to heal or stay healthy. With physiotherapy, I was limited to training limitations and improving disorders. Especially in the recovery of disorders, you cannot progress if you do not address the underlying cause. I can find this underlying cause with the help of diagnostics from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), of which acupuncture is a part. And from this diagnostics, it is better possible to address underlying causes of disorders. Not only with acupuncture but also with Chinese herbs, electro-, skull-, and ear acupuncture, dietary and lifestyle advice, moxibustion, cupping, dry needling, medical taping, acupressure, Qi Gong, and tuina. These are all possibilities that I use within my practice.
