With a background as a district nurse, and I feel very connected to nature, the 5 elements, and taking care of everything that lives.

In my practice, I mainly see people who are in a phase of life where change is needed.
Such as burnout, mothers trying to juggle all the balls, depression or sadness, high sensitivity, menopausal symptoms, intense events, resulting in poor sleep, and developing pain complaints.

Because I work with emotions, I take extra time to have a conversation together before we start a treatment that is right for you at that moment.
I am happy when I see you change, when you can find peace within yourself again. And can continue on your own strength.
