My name is Christa van Oosten. Inspired by ancient cultures and traditions, philosophies about health and disease, and the inherent power of humans and nature, I started my six-year study in Naturopathy with a specialization in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2001. Later, I deepened my knowledge by completing a two-year course in Classical Chinese Medicine. I regularly attend various additional training courses (including Dr. Tan's Balance Method), which has allowed me to specialize in areas such as gynecology, mental-emotional health, and musculoskeletal complaints.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is so much more than just needle acupuncture! What I find remarkable is that people who come to my practice are willing to share their stories with me. They are, in a way, giving me a glimpse into their lives. It's not so much about the specific complaint someone has. It's about the context: the unique individual, the integration of body and mind. With all the information I receive about that person and their complaint, it's like solving a puzzle each time, and that's where the challenge lies for me! I love guiding people on their journey to health and well-being in this way.

Together, we will explore the possible underlying causes of your complaint. Becoming aware of these factors allows you to contribute to the healing process yourself. Adjusting aspects such as your diet or lifestyle can support the treatments and lead to faster results. This way, we work together towards your health and well-being.
