Neoclassical Acupuncture & Hawaiian Bodywork

My name is Simon Dixon. Since a young age, I have been interested in the human body. I do not know where that interest came from, but it has been there since my seventh year of life. I enjoyed reading about it, and in high school, I excelled in biology class.

I was in my early twenties when I really started taking courses, including various types of natural healing methods and massages, especially the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage that I have been practicing for fifteen years.

In the early nineties, I read a book about acupuncture, and it fascinated me. However, at that time, you had to be a physiotherapist or a doctor to be able to follow the training to become an acupuncturist. Many years later, on a Saturday morning in 2015, I suddenly had a strong intuitive feeling that I had to study acupuncture. So, I did, and in 2019, I graduated from the TCMA (Traditional Chinese Medicine Academy Netherlands). After obtaining my diploma, I delved into acupuncture according to the Balance Method and Master Tung acupuncture.

In early 2022, Neoclassical Acupuncture came into my life. As I write this, I am the first and only acupuncturist in the Netherlands practicing this phenomenal form of acupuncture. Upon completing this training, the acupuncturist is able to provide immediate relief for the majority of his patients' complaints, often using just a single needle.
