I like to explain and share my observations, explained from the perspective of Chinese thinking.

Especially the study of the five elements has my great interest. This is an important part of Chinese thinking and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The starting point here is that everything is in motion and influences each other. This can be seen in the rhythm of day and night, the seasons, and the functioning of humans.
