Acupressure

By massaging certain acupuncture points, also known as acupressure, you can strengthen the three aforementioned areas in your body.
The points are described in this section, but first, some general instructions.

Gentle and Mindful

Find the points with your index finger and massage them gently and mindfully.
While massaging, apply light pressure but it should not be painful. Massage in small clockwise circles and maintain this for two minutes for each point. Women start on the right side of the body and then move to the left side. Men start on the left. You can massage yourself but it's also very nice if someone close to you does this with attention and love. You don't have to massage all points every time. Use your intuition and feeling to determine which points need attention and then choose two or three. If you do this for ten minutes daily, you will notice that it has a positive impact on your
resistance.
