Welcome to Chi&Me, vitality practice for TuiNa & Acupuncture in Giethoorn. 

With my full attention, I listen to your story from the point of view of your request for help, and to what your body tells me. With my hands, I bring the body back into a better flow through TuiNa massage and Acupuncture. These methods complement each other and flow into each other, always taking into account the amount of energy that suits you. 

My passion lies in helping my fellow human beings with relieving and reducing complaints. The most important thing for me is to form a team together with the patient, by better understanding what the body indicates based on Chinese Natural Medicine and meridian theory. And what is necessary to be as capable as possible of regaining and maintaining balance. 

In 2019, I graduated from the three-year professional training as a TuiNa therapist. After that, I studied Acupuncture at TCMA, for which I graduated in the summer of 2024 with a thesis research on Menopause as a transformation path for women  Rivers of Joyful Life". For a year, I treated women of various ages and with various complaints with TuiNa and Acupuncture. This study has ended, but supporting women, including during their menopausal phase, is a project close to my heart that is far from over. By the way, both men, women, and young people are welcome in my practice. I am also a massage therapist in youth disability care, where I work with TuiNa massage and aromatherapy.
