We all have our quests in life and mine began with the University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam for physiotherapy. After a specialization in corporate physiotherapy and a graduation thesis at an animal feed company (next to the Holland-America line) where I observed physical resilience and the impact of face masks on health, I graduated in 1995.

After gaining several years of experience as a physiotherapist, I started the Manual Therapy training and received the diploma in 2001.

Despite these trainings, patients kept coming back to me with symptoms that were difficult to interpret. That's why I followed the training to become an acupuncturist with great pleasure and interest. In 2005, I obtained my acupuncture diploma.

Just like in the picture of myself with the Niagara Falls in Canada in the background, the water must keep flowing, and if this doesn't happen (read energy pathways), stagnation can occur, leading to physical and/or emotional symptoms. Therefore, it would be beneficial for you to visit this acupuncturist. Energetically, you will achieve more balance.
